If you haven’t linked your account, please follow this guide which shows how to link your account by scanning the QR code.
If you are unable to link your device after reinstalling the app, please contact our Live Support.
Restart your device.
Make sure that you are running the latest version of the app by going to the App Store / Play Store on your smartphone and tapping on the update button.
Make sure that the device is connected to a stable internet connection (e.g. If you are connected via WiFi, switch to 3g/4g and vice versa).
Repeat the authentication/enrollment process in a brighter room. If the problem persist please contact our Live Support.
If you are unable to activate backup, follow this guide.
If you switched between an iOS / Android device, account backup will not work. To restore your account please contact our Live Support.
Make sure that you are running the latest version of the app by going to the App Store / Play Store on your smartphone and tapping on the update button.
Make sure that notifications (for the Keyless app) are enabled on your smartphone.
Login to Webex using Google Chrome as browser. (If you are already using Chrome, delete cookies and cache as shown here).
Try again. If the problem persist please contact our Live Support.
The Keyless app is available here: Apple / Android. The app is available only in the European and US store. If the store on your devices is setted outside those regions, please follow this guide: Apple Store / Play Store.
